Vintage leather customized wallet

Very vintage leather wallet with depiction of a topless woman, um, dancing. Yeah, she's dancing. Lol... I've tried to figure out information on it, but I can't seem to come up with anything. So your guess is as good as mine. My best guess is maybe it was custom made for someone. Either way, it's a very cool very rare wallet. Has a thin ball chain attached to it.
