My family has carefully kept this as part of a long-time collection, but I am selling it presently to declutter.

There is a small dent on the back cover, slightly to the right of the middle. Please see the photos.

The cover still has a shine, and overall it is in attractive condition.
There is almost no sign of use.
The paper inside has several yellowing, but there is no noticeable discoloration.
