Unit has exterior cosmetic evidence of use. Was utilized at work, some marks or blemishes will not clean up. See photos. The imperfections do not impact the functionality/usability of the unit. The dock drawer works and the system was tested with my iPods on the dock. No extra docking brackets or the remote (my dog decided to chew on it one day) come with the system. Manual is included.These items are not included: no iPods; no AM/FM antenna; no remote; no docking brackets for compatibility of other iPods (see photos to see my 2 older iPods in use without the need for a bracket.
