This is a handmade vintage dress, small floral pattern. Short sleeves, ruffle design on front top area and on back top area. Prairie style, Dress is also lined so this would wear well in the springtime or summer when it is more cool out. Lining itself doesn’t go complete the way down and could use assorted even mending, meaning the ends of the lining has fraying and wasn’t hemmed. This would be a size small based by measurements. There are no labels inside the dress. Armpit to armpit across 19”, length 42” good condition. Though it definitely needs to be ironed. Waist 34”
