Conophytum families are mini plants and remarkably slow growers, normally took years to be decent size or start splitting. They are very adorable plants and have very lovely flowers when blooming, attached picture with flower for reference.

Size is mini but it is not a starter, around 2 years old, the size is about 1cm immediately since it just completed annual peeling, will be a bit bigger shortly.
