[Vintage] Mysterious Quilted Gown

This is a vintage item I bought over 10 years ago at a very niche clothing store called Marine National in Shimokitazawa.As you can see, it has an incredible amount of character, but it has a tough, persistent odor typical of military vintage clothing that won't come out even after washing.
